This is a big deal, because of the importance of district slots for housing etc. (Why don't they get algae farms btw? Hydroponics make no sense for a species already living in the hydro part) Now you won't get any anglers fishing in your plant domes. And they're arguably essential for farming worlds. hydroponics don't require a district slot. To further iterate on why anglers are bad.
